There are so many diets out there it can be confusing for most people.  Knowing this I decided to create a diet foods list which includes all of the foods in all of the major diets.  This way you can easily find what is and what isn't allowed on the diet you are following.   Along with the lists I've also included downloadable PDFs so you can print them out and take them to the grocery store with you.   Most diets work but it's up to you to follow them precisely.  If this site can help you out then we've achieved our goal.   Enjoy!

Go through the diet lists above and either check out the diet you are currently following or take a look at the foods allowed in other diets.  As I said before, to be successful with any diet means you need to follow it precisely.  If you see foods for a specific diet that you don't like to eat that diet make not be for you.   You can also go through the lists of food items and create your own diet based on foods you like and their calorie, carb or fat count.  Be creative.  It's all about you being successful and dropping the amount of weight that helps you reach your goal.  Good luck!
