Paleo diet are diet based on the types of foods believed to have been eaten by early humans. These consists mainly of meat and fish, vegetables and fruits. Not included are diary, cereals and processed products. From studies, it had been ascertained that a good paleo diet plan can be effective in helping one to lose weight. PALEO DIET MEAL PLAN FOR WEIGHT LOSS

This diet plan has been designed to help you in losing weight, improve digestion, reduce inflammation and keep you healthy. One more thing about this plan; you will never go hungry. The meal plan is for a whole 2 weeks that 14 days. Snacks was added to the paleo diet plan so you wouldn’t go hungry before dinner. You will notice I added dessert to the plan, that’s optional.

DAY 1 on Paleo Diet Meal Plan for Weight Loss

  • For breakfast, eat sweet potatoes and eggs.
  • In the afternoon, you take some Tuna Avocado Lettuce Wraps.
  • You will eat Strawberry Fruit Leather as snacks before munching Curried Paleo Cauliflower Soup, Dill & Lemon Baked Salmon in Parchment as well as Balsamic Green Bean Salad for dinner.

DAY 2

  • This day starts with Broccoli Egg Bake as breakfast, Meatball Sandwich as lunch.
  • Later you take Energy Bars as snacks.
  • In the evening, Thai Red Curry with Squash and Cauliflower Rice will serve as dinner. For dessert, which is optional, take Coconut Macaroons.

  • For breakfast, eat some Breakfast Burritos.

DAY 8 on Paleo Diet Meal Plan for Weight Loss

  • For the first day of the second week which happens to be the 8th day of our plan, French Toast should go for breakfast,
  • Spicy Pepper Chicken Stir Fry for lunch
  • and Banana Chocolate Shake as snacks.
  • Stuffed Yellow Squash and Garlic Roasted Broccoli is recommended for dinner
  • and Lavender Maca Brownies as dessert.

DAY 9

DAY 13
